Works have ranged from minor jobbing repairs to full Measured Term Contracts for kitchen and bathroom modernisation, and a partnering arrangements for complete external cyclical maintenance that consists of replacement windows, doors, fascias, rain water goods, rendering, ground works, fencing, redecoration and renewal/repair of roof coverings.
