Case Study

Sanctuary Housing Association 
Winsor Care Home, Minehead

This started as a £500,000 contract for maintenance and repairs on Sanctuary Housing's Care Home in Minehead. After successful completion of the works WPS tendered and won a further £60,000 of additional works on the site.

Scope of works included;

Re-roofing including lead valley gutters
Velux windows
Chimney re-pointing
Dummy corbels

Insulated flat roofing
New disability access ramp and handrails
Timber decking area
Car park railing and white lining of bays
CCTV cameras at entrance doors
