All staff have extensive experience of working in occupied properties, and the rules associated with such work (with particular reference to working in the presence of vulnerable people) 75% of all existing staff have worked on previous MTC contracts with WPS on internal kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. We encourage all staff during periodic training needs reviews to take part in further courses such as Asbestos Awareness, PASMA and various work based training initiatives.
