Fosseway Living appoints WPS Ltd as Term Partnering Contractor

We are pleased to announce that we have secured a 6 year Termed Partnering Contract with Fosseway Living based in Cirencester (Part of the Bromford Group). The works are valued at approx. £1,000,000 per annum and include the following; 

• external repairs and redecoration to occupied houses
• roofing repair and renewal of coverings
• door, window and rain water goods renewal
• assistance with surveys and remedy of all elements of cyclical maintenance.

The company have established ourselves as a respected service provider with Fosseway Living for the past 12 years and 3 years previously with Cotswold District Council prior to LSVT.

As part of the European Procurement requirements we had to submit a PQQ then an ITT for the works against some of the biggest social housing contractors in the country (At the ITT stage there were 9 competing contractors).
 
WPS have expanded the operational office within the Cotswolds and we look forward to a successful working partnership over the coming 6 years .
