Case Study

Fosseway Living

Fosseway Living (formerly Cotswold DC and Fosseway HA) have been using WPS since it started in 1993 for various maintenance and repairs on its housing stock. The works have ranged from minor jobbing repairs to full Measured Term Contracts for kitchen and bathroom modernisation, and a partnering arrangement for complete external cyclical maintenance that consists of replacement windows, doors, fascias, rain water goods, rendering, ground works, fencing, redecoration and renewal/repair of roof coverings.
