Comprising of two floors this Management Suite refurbishment was undertaken on behalf of Westgate Alliance/Land securities who acquired the premises to relocate their management team. The value of the works was circa £350k and involved the complete remodelling and refurbishment of the existing upper office areas and derelict ground floor, in the heart of Oxford.
Works involved demolition, new plasterboard and glazed partitions, suspended ceilings, carpentry and joinery works, timber and wet room flooring, IT, electrical and HVAC and fire safety compliance installations, kitchen and DDA wc fitment, complete redecoration and curtain wall refurbishment.
The project was mobilised at short notice and delivered on time within budget. Works involved collaborative working with the client’s designated interior designer throughout the project which formed a successful partnership to enhance our combined profile and WPS came through great scrutiny from Landsecurities representatives with flying colours.
