The works have ranged from minor jobbing repairs to full Measured Term Contracts for kitchen and bathroom modernisation, and partnering arrangements for complete external cyclical maintenance that consists of replacement windows, doors, fascias, rain water goods, rendering, ground works, fencing, redecoration and renewal/repair of roof coverings.

In addition to the above works, WPS has carried out works for retail and commercial sectors to include general maintenance works to the complete fit-out of retail units from a basic shell. This includes all elements from floor screeding, partitioning, shop frontage, ceilings, lighting and installing all furniture and equipment.
